MyBIGTV Application Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

MyBIGTV mobile application may collect anonymous information when you interact with us so we can improve the overall quality of your mobile experience. We collect your IP address, referral data and platform type.

MyBIGTV mobile application do not requires you to share information that identifies you personally, such as your name or e-mail address, but in order for you to use the application optimally, you might need to input some personal information such as email and mobile phone number. BIGTV analyzes the information to improve the mobile application content and user experience.

2. Analytic Tool

We use Google Analytics to collect non-personal information in the form user metrics and behavior flow when you use our mobile application MyBIGTV. Google Analytics collect and analyze certain types of information, including number of sessions, total page views, device operating system, duration per each screen views, and other information that is relevant to the customer journey in the mobile app.

In addition to our use of technologies as described herein, we may permit certain third party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to you based on your use of MyBIGTV mobile application and to otherwise collect and use data about your use of MyBIGTV mobile application. You may opt out of Google Analytics by uninstalling MyBIGTV mobile application.

3. Permission
  • At the end of BIGTV new subscriber activation process, we access your contact address book to add our customer care email address and phone number. For this we need permission android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
  • We also need permissions so that Push Notification featured can be running well ( android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS and android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE )
